It means carving out moments of solitude amidst the noise of daily life, whether it's through meditation, journaling, or simply finding moments of stillness to connect with our inner selves. By nurturing physical spaces that promote peace and tranquility, we create the optimal conditions for deepening our self-awareness and attuning to our inner wisdom.

PROCESS -  UTILIZE IT

The reflective process provides a foundation for greater alignment by providing a structured path for self-discovery.
